NCOIC SMSgt Les Hart (814)623-5439		Senior Master Sergeant Hart is retired from the Air Force and in charge of all membership applications and renewals for our unit. He's also in charge of all cadet promotions and monitors each cadet as they progress through the program. SMSgt. Hart has been certified by state and National Headquarters to be our Moral Leadership Officer and holds these classes once a month at our unit. He also holds classes periodically on Drug Demand Reduction.CAP ES Qualifications: General Emergency Services, Moral Leadership Officer
ES Training Officer and Safety Officer 1Lt Adam Trabold		1Lt Trabold is in charge of all Emergency Service training and missions. He also oversees all aspects of the mission to maintain a safe working environment for the ground teams.
Test Control Officer 2LT Linda Hart (814)623-5439		2LT Linda Hart is a retired school teacher of thirty-two years and is in charge of administering all cadet exams within the unit. She records and monitors progression of the cadets within our unit.
Finance Officer Jennifer Elyard
Aerospace Education Officer 2LT Wade Reffner (814)623-5439		2LT Wade Reffner is a current licensed pilot and is in charge of teaching our cadets the history and details of flight. He holds Aerospace Education classes once a month at our unit. He is also in charge of the Cadet Orientation Flight Program. He schedules aircraft to come to Bedford to let our cadets have the opportunity to fly and be trained by CAP qualified pilots. He also schedules our cadets to have the opportunity to fly the CAP gliders as well.
Logistics Officer/Assistant to the Commander 2LT Kevin Hampson (814)623-5439		Kevin Hampson had been with the unit for over 5 years and has held the position of Deputy Commander and Assistant to the Commander. Kevin also has held the qualifications of Ground Team Member and Leader with the unit.
Communications Officer 2LT Kerry Smith (814)623-5439		SM Smith oversees all radio communications within the unit and on missions. CAP ES Qualifications: General Emergency Services Training, Skills Evaluator, Mission Radio Operator Other Qualifications: Ham Radio Operator,
Assistant Communications Officer Cadet Ben Marisic (814)623-5439		Ben has been a cadet with CAP for over 2 years and also holds the Title of deputy cadet commander. His interests are in the Electronics field and he assists the communications officer with all Aspects of communications within the unit.
Leadership and Public Affairs Officer Dennis Tice (814)624-0248		Dennis Tice provides leadership training and Drill and Ceremony training to the cadets. He also generates and coordinates squadron promotions and maintains the website.
